I have been washing my car at this car wash for more than three years, but today I had a very disappointing experience. Something got stuck on one of the conveyor rollers, and the exposed metal scraped the lower part of my front bumper, leaving visible scratches. I even heard the loud scraping noise while my car was going through the wash. I have always trusted this place, so I’m very disappointed that this happened. This is unacceptable for a business that customers trust with their vehicles. Please inspect and repair your equipment before someone else’s car is damaged.

Best car wash around. I bought the plan for three months for the winter time with all the salt. Now I’m going to do it all year. Used to wash my own vehicle ,but now to many cuts and grooves to wash myself.plus I like the undercarriage done also very key! Towels and vacuums very convenient with the pressure air to blow out dirt in crevices… highly recommend especially if you have a fancy schmancy vehicle!

I usually have two cars that I bring here but today I noticed a loud bang noise right after coming out the tire shine and I noticed the rim was scratched and the car is brand new. Sad they don’t inspect the mechanism. Just be careful if you have a new car don’t bring it here. They won’t be responsible for anything.

My brand new car was damaged inside this car wash‼️‼️‼️ February 26, approximately by 1:40pm. While my vehicle was in the wash, I heard a loud impact from the left side of the car. After the wash finished, I found my front bumper broken and scratched. I immediately reported it. Staff told me they would contact me within 3–5 days after reviewing the cameras, but nobody ever reached out. I even emailed them and received no response. What was most disappointing is that nobody even contacted me to explain their decision. I had to go there myself just to be told they are not responsible. The manager, Luis, showed me a sign saying they are not responsible for damage and that customers wash their cars “at their own risk.” However, the damage clearly happened during the wash, and they also refused to provide any camera footage even though there are cameras everywhere. I trusted this place with my car and deeply regret it. If you care about your vehicle, think twice before using this car wash‼️‼️‼️
